Individual psychotherapy sessions (60 minutes max) providing a safe and supportive environment for your personal growth.
- Insurance & Coverage
At this time, direct billing to insurance providers is not offered. Payment is due at the time of the session, and a detailed receipt will be provided that clients can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. If you have questions about coverage or payment, you are welcome to reach out for clarification prior to booking. Clients are encouraged to check with their insurance provider to confirm coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist.

Cash and E-Transfer are accepted for all sessions.
- Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and your commitment helps ensure continuity of care. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are subject to a fee.
